Abstract
Cijene prijevoza u velikoj mjeri ovise o organiziranosti prijevoznika, tehničkoj opremljenosti i utjecaju cijena svakoga pojedinog troška na konačnu vrijednost prijevozne usluge. Nastojanja prijevoznika i njihovih udruga prirodno idu za usklađivanjem i zaštitom svojih interesa, ali pritom moraju voditi računa i o interesima korisnika svojih usluga. Prijevoznik ne može sa sigurnošću tvrditi da su cijene prijevoza, koje u poslovanju primjenjuje, ispravne ako do njih nije došao na stručni način. Isto tako, prijevoznik mora znati ispod kojih cijena ne smije ići da bi osigurao uspjeh u poslovanju. Problematika ove teme je upravo izračunavanje najniže cijene prijevoza na stručan, ali ipak jednostavan način razumljiv svima. Rješenje je ponuđeno od strane gospodarskog interesnog udruženje hrvatskih cestovnih prijevoznika Transportkomerc-a koje je javnim utvrđivanjem cijena omogućilo korisniku da svoju uslugu plati onoliko koliko ona zapravo vrijedi.
Abstract (english)
The pricing of the transport service mainly depends on transporters organizational efficiency, level of technical development and on the impact of individual costs on the price of the designated transport service. Efforts of transport associations are put into balancing and protecting the transporters interests while keeping the customer interest on high levels. A transporter cannot vouch the credibility and correctness of the prices if they are not obtained after conducting a market research. Nevertheless a transporter cannot set his prices below the profitable margin. The issue dealt with in this thesis is calculating the lowest profitable price for transporters. The solving method was provided by the Croatian road transport association “Transportkomerc” which helped customers find the right tariff for the requested service through public pricing process.
