Abstract
Danas mnoga poduzeća žele unaprijediti svoje procese u distribuciji robe unutar opskrbnih lanaca. Kako bi se postigli takvi ciljevi za fleksibilnošću i postizanje veće konkurentnosti na današnjem promjenjivom tržištu, poduzeća uvode razne strategije. U ovom radu su identificirane strategije koje utječu na poboljšanje pojedinih procesa kod distribucije robe u opskrbnim lancima te analiza njihove funkcije i djelotvornosti za sve sudionike kao i za poduzeća koja ih koriste. Analizom i vrednovanjem različitih vrsta strategija dobiva se jasan uvid kada i u kojim slučajevima je potrebno primjenjivati pojedine strategije, koji rezultati, odnosno poboljšanja, se postižu njihovim korištenjem i koliko je važno primjenjivati strategije u procesu distribucije za samo poduzeće.
Abstract (english)
Today, many companies want to improve their processes in the distribution of goods within the supply chains. In order to achieve such objectives for flexibility and achieve greater competitiveness in today's rapidly changing market, the companies introduce a variety of strategies. This paper identified strategies that affect the improvement of individual processes in the distribution of goods in the supply chain and the analysis of their function and efficiency for all participants and for the companies that use them. The analysis and evaluation of different types of strategy gets a clear insight into when and in what cases it is necessary to apply certain strategies, which results or improvements are achieved by using them and how important it is to apply the strategy in the process of Shipment for the company itself.
