Abstract
Filatelija je hobi koji razumijeva sakupljanje, obradu i katalogizaciju, čuvanje, izlaganje, razmjenu kao i drugu manipulaciju poštanskim markama, poštanskim žigovima, poštanskim vrijednosnicama i drugim cjelinama vezanim za poštanski promet. Gotovo 70% hrvatskih filatelista sakuplja hrvatske poštanske marke od samih početaka njihovih izdavanja, a najdosljedniji su sakupljači oni iznad 50 godina. Zanimljiv je i postotak onih koji hrvatske poštanske marke sakupljaju unazad zadnjih 5 godina što... More predstavlja dokaz kako filatelija u Hrvatskoj, kao hobi, ima perspektivnu budućnost. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati tržišni aspekt filatelije te uz to saznati razmišljanja korisnika i zaljubljenika u filateliju. Opisan je početak i razvoj filatelije, opisane su temeljne značajke poštanske marke, sociodemografske karakteristike prosječnog filatelista te filatelistička društva. Istražene su također kolekcionarske navike hrvatskih filatelista, utvrđene potrošačke navike hrvatskih filatelista te je izmjerena kvaliteta usluge izbora motiva, dizajna i tiska poštanskih maraka. Abstract (english)
Philately is a hobby which implies the collection, processing and cataloging, storage, display, exchange and other manipulation of postal stamps, postmarks, postal securities and other units linked to the postal service. Almost 70% of Croatian philatelist collects Croatian postage stamps from the very beginning of their issuance, and the most consistent collectors are those who have over 50 years. The percentage of those who collect Croatian stamps last 5 years is also interesting, which is... More a proof that philately in Croatia, as a hobby, has a promising future. The aim of this study is to analyze the aspect of market of philately and with it to find out opinions of users and lovers of philately. It has been described the beginning and development of philately, the basic features of a postage stamp, socio-demographic characteristics of the average stamp collectors and philatelic society. It has been also investigated the collectors habits of Croatian philatelist, established consumer habits Croatian philatelist and it has been measured the quality of service of the choice of motifs, design and printing of post stamps.
