Abstract
Skladište kao dio logističke infrastrukture opskrbnih lanaca ima veliku ulogu u protoku robe od proizvođača do potrošača. Skladišni procesi obuhvaćaju zaprimanje robe, pohranu robe na skladišne pozicije, komsioniranje robe te na kraju otpremu robe prema korisnicima. U ovom radu opisuje se proces zaprimanja robe u skladištu. U svrhu optimizacije navedenog procesa provedeno je istraživanje procesa zaprimanja robe na primjeru logističko distributivnog centra. Analizom faza zaprimanja robe iz primjera definiraju se problemi unutar samog procesa te su ponuđena rješenja s ciljem optimizacije procesa zaprimanja robe kroz smanjenje vremena procesa zaprimanja te unaprjeđenja pojedinih faza samog procesa.
Abstract (english)
The warehouse as part of the logistics infrastructure in distribution chain has a major role in the flow of goods from the producer to the consumer. Storage processes include the receipt of goods, warehousing goods at warehouse positions, commissioning of goods and delivery of goods to customers. This paper describes the process of receiving goods in the warehouse. For the purpose of optimizing this process, a study of the process of receiving goods was carried out on the example of the logistical distibution center. Analyzing the phase of receipt of goods from the example, the problems within the process were defined and solutions were offered to optimize the process of receiving goods by reducing the time of receiving and improvement within the individual phases of the process itself.
