Abstract
Prihvat i otprema tereta u zračnom prometu odvija se kroz tri faze; pripremnu, provedbenu te završnu fazu. Najkompleksnija faza je pripremna budući da se za teret mora osigurati kompletna dokumentacija bez koje teret ne može biti prihvaćen na prijevoz. Odgovornost za prikupljanje svih dokumenata potrebnih za prijevoz tereta sadržana je u odgovornosti pošiljatelja ili logističkog operatera koji je zadužen za organizaciju prijevoza. Dokumenti koji su potrebni za prijevoz pošiljke moraju biti dostavljeni u izvornom obliku te u točno određeno vrijeme kako bi sljedeći sudionik u procesu mogao obaviti svoj dio posla. U narednom tekstu biti će definirani temeljni dokumenti za prijevoz tereta te dodatna dokumentacija za prijevoz posebnih vrsta tereta, konkretno, dokumenti za prijevoz opasnih roba i živih životinja.
Abstract (english)
Handling cargo in air traffic takes place through three phases; preparatory phase, implementing phase and final phase. The most complex phase is prepatory phase because for the cargo must be provided complete documantation without which cargo can not be accepted for the carriage. Responsibility for collecting all documents is contained in the responsibility of the consignor. The documents which are necessary for the carriage of consigment must be delivered in original form and at a specified time so that the next participant in the process could complete his work. In the following text will be defined the basic documents for freight transport and additional documentation for the transport of special types of cargo, specificaly, documents for the dangerous goods transport and live animals.
