Abstract
Sustav upravljanja zračnim prometom predstavlja institucionalno i organizacijski definiran kompleks aktivnosti povezanih s omogućivanjem sigurnog i redovitog zračnog prometa. Navedeni sustav obuhvaća upravljanje zračnim prostorom, pružanje operativnih usluga u zračnom prometu i upravljanje protokom i kapacitetom zračnog prometa. U radu je razrađen sustav upravljanja zračnim prometom u Europi, uključujući i temelj za današnji sustav – inicijativu „Jedinstveno europsko nebo“. Zračni promet u stalnom je porastu i zbog toga je potrebno stalno raditi na unaprjeđenju sustava upravljanja zračnim prometom, kako u Europi, tako i u Hrvatskoj, a u završnom radu su opisane smjernice za razvoj zračnog prometa.
Abstract (english)
Air traffic management system represents institutional and organisational defined complex of activities related to provision of safe and regular air traffic. The aforementioned system includes air space management, provision of air traffic services and air traffic flow and capacity management. The paper deals with air traffic management system in Europe, including the basis for today's system – „Single European Sky“ initiative. Air traffic is in steady growth and therefore it is necessary to constantly work on improving air traffic management system, both in Europe and in Croatia, and the guidelines for the development of air traffic are described in the final thesis.
