Abstract
Zbog sve većeg rasta zračnog prijevoza putnika, povećava se mogućnost ljudske pogreške što rezultira nezadovoljstvom putnika. Ono što je u svakom obliku prijevoza vrlo bitno pa tako i u zračnom prometu, je zadovoljstvo korisnika usluge, odnosno putnika. S obzirom na napredak tehnologije koja okružuje ljude iz dana u dan, želja za napretkom u zrakoplovnom segmentu također se očekuje. Putnik je taj koji očekuje više, očekuje bolju uslugu koja će biti brza i dostupna te jednostavna. Vidljivo je da su brojne stavke u životu olakšane upravo tehnologijom pa zašto ne bio i zračni promet, odnosno korištenje usluge zračnog prometa. U ovom završnom radu opisan je IATA Fast Travel Program koji, osim što smanjuje mogućnost ljudske pogreške, smanjuje i vrijeme potrebno za otpremu putnika. Krajnji su cilj IATA Fast Travel Programa velike uštede za industriju zračnog prometa i putnike.
Abstract (english)
Because of the increasing growth of passenger air transport, the possibility of a human error increases, resulting in passenger dissatisfaction. What is very important in any form of transport, so also in air traffic is the satisfaction of the users of the service, ie the passengers. Given the progress of technology that surrounds people day by day, the desire for progress in the aviation segment is also expected. The traveler is the one who expects more, expects a better service that will be quick and accessible and simple. It is evident that many items in life are facilitated by technology, so why not air traffic or the use of air traffic services. In this final work, IATA's Fast Travel Program is described, which, besides reducing the likelihood of human error, reduces the time needed to transport passengers. The ultimate goal of IATA is a fast-Travel program for large travelers for aircraft and passengers.
