Abstract
Zemaljska strana zračne luke je područje u koje spadaju: prometnice, parkirne pozicije ispred terminala i dio terminala prije zaštitnog pregleda. Zemaljskoj strani imaju pristup ljudi koji putuju, ali i oni koji ne putuju. Zaštita zemaljske strane je veoma bitna jer je to prvo područje s kojim se ljudi sreću. Ako se tu naprave neki propusti u vezi zaštite, kasnije se cjelokupni proces otežava stoga su pravilne zaštitne mjere i tehnički sustavi zaštite izuzetno važni. Najvažnija organizacija koja regulira pitanje zaštite u zrakoplovstvu je Organizacija međunarodnog civilnog zrakoplovstva, koja je nastala prije otprilike 70 godina. Osnivanje te organizacije je prekretnica za današnju sigurnost u zračnom prometu. Dokument koji donosi standarde i preporučene prakse zaštite je Dodatak 17. Zaštita, koji je donesen na Čikaškoj konvenciji. Svaka zračna luka ima implementirane mjere zaštite kako bi se zračni promet odvijao sigurnije i učinkovitije, a u današnje vrijeme je velika prijetnja terorizam koji je u porastu.
Abstract (english)
The airport landside is an area that includes: roads, parking positions in front of the terminal and part of the terminal before the security check.The access to the airport landside is granted to passengers but also to the people who are not travelling. Landside protection is of a great importance beacause it is the first airport area where people are coming to. If any security oversights are made here, the overall process becomes more difficult so proper security measures and technical security systems are extremely important. The most important organization which regulates aviation security is International Civil Aviation Organization, formed about 70 years ago.Establishing this organization is a turning point for todays air traffic security. Document which brings standards and recommended practices regarding security is Annex 17 – Security, which was adopted at the Chicago Convention. Each airport has implemented security measures to make air traffic safer and more efficient, and today, a big threat is terrorism which increases every day.
