Abstract
U suvremeno doba Internet trgovina se neprestano razvija te se sve više koristi za obavljanje trgovinske djelatnosti između sudionika trgovine. Nastaju novi modeli i taj trend će se povećavati u budućnosti. Budući da se broj poduzeća koji uvode Internet trgovinu povećava, neizbježno je da se određene promjene događaju i u logistici. U radu se pojašnjava sustav Internet trgovine sa svim njegovim značajkama, trendovi vezani za distribuciju naručene robe te promjene u logističkim aktivnostima. Temeljem podataka iz stvarnog sustava Internet trgovine analizira se postojeće stanje vezano za aktivnosti s robom i njenom distribucijom. Osnovni fokus istraživanja orijentiran je na razdvajanje pošiljki, mogućnosti rezervacije robe, godišnju pretplatu korisnika te mogućnost dostave putem poštanskih operatera s ciljem najnižih troškova dostave. Istraživanje je usmjereno na korisnika, odnosno na poslovanje tvrtke s ciljem zadovoljenja potreba korisnika u pogledu brzih i pouzdanih isporuka. Temeljem analize navest će se prijedlozi unaprjeđenja i njihova implementacija te očekivani rezultati uvođenjem istih.
Abstract (english)
In modern times E-commerce is booming and is used more and more for trade activities. Trends are that new models occur and will occur in future. Since number of enterprises using E-commerce is growing, there is no surprise that changes do occur in logistics activities. In this paper, E-commerce system and all of its features, including trends connected with distribution of ordered goods, just as changes in logistics activities are explained. Based on the real E-commerce data information current situation in the meaning of distribution of goods and all of its activities is analysed. Focus of this research is oriented on separation of shipments, possibility of goods reservation, user's annual subscription and postal delivery of parcels, with the main goal which is lowest possible delivery cost. The main goal is customer oriented company’s business activities and customer’s satisfaction in the meaning of fast and reliable deliveries. Based on analysis possibilities of improvement as well as expected results will be offered.
