Abstract
Posljednjih desetak godina obilježio je jedan zanimljiv fenomen na političkoj sceni u Europi. Riječ je naime o velikom padu stranaka sa socijalnim predznakom, odnosno lijevih stranaka. Trend je to koji je vidljiv na gotovo svim europskim izborima. Shodno tomu pojavile su se mnoge stranke, platforme i pokreti koji obećavaju obnovu ljevice, no jedan je posebno zanimljiv. Riječ je o paneuropskom „Pokretu za demokratizaciju u Europi 2025“ ili skraćeno DiEM25. Pokret je to koji okuplja brojne svjetski poznate lijeve mislioce i, što je važnije, koji tvrdi da ima riješenja za krize koje more današnju Europu. Krize poput ekonomske, migrantske, demokratske i ekološke. Stoga je zanimljivo vidjeti kakva su to riješenja i može li DiEM25 ponovo pozicionirati ljevicu na pripadajuće mjesto.
Abstract (english)
The last decade was marked by an interesting phenomenon on the political scene in Europe. That is a large decline in socially-minded parties, that is, left-wing parties. It is a trend that is visible on almost every European election. Consequently, many parties, platforms and movements have emerged that promise to rebuild the Left, but one is particularly interesting. This is the pan-European "Democracy in Europe Movement 2025" or DiEM25. This movement brings together a number of world-renowned left-wing thinkers and, more importantly, claims to have solutions to the crises that plague today's Europe. Crises such as economic, migrant, democratic and environmental. Therefore, it is interesting to see what those solutions are and whether DiEM25 can re-position the Left to its proper place.
