Abstract
Informacijska dimenzija sve više postaje ključnim teritorijem asimetričnih sukoba. Razvojem koncepta hibridnog ratovanja su ruski stratezi implementirali informacijsku dimenziju koja je postala jedna od rastućih metodoloških alata ostvarivanja interesa. Informacijska dimenzija ruskog koncepta hibridnog ratovanja danas postaje sve aktualnija zbog nove doktrine koju upotrebljava Ruska Federacija. Rusija je na navedeni način uspješno 2016. godine te anektirala Krim od Ukrajine te putem društvenih mreža manipulirala američkim predsjedničkim izborima. Svakodnevno se provode informacijske i psihološke operacije raznim medijima s ciljem formiranja javnog mišljenja, pogotovo u ruskim susjednim državama, kao i u državama koje su od posebnog značaja za Rusku Federaciju. Informacijski oblik ratovanja je imala i svoje poraze u Švedskoj te u Francuskim predsjedničkim izborima 2017. godine. Cilj istraživanja je odgovoriti na pitanje, kako se kroz informacijsku dimenziju ruskog koncepta hibridnog ratovanja, može destabilizirati politički sustav. Hibridni pristup ratovanju pridonosi stvaranju novih izazova na koje će se morati naći odgovor u nekonvencionalnom obliku.
Abstract (english)
The information dimension is increasingly becoming a key territory of asymmetric conflicts. With the development of the concept of hybrid warfare, Russian strategists have implemented the information dimension, which has become one of the growing methodological tools for achieving interest. The information dimension of the Russian concept of hybrid warfare is becoming increasingly relevant today due to the new doctrine used by the Russian Federation. In this way, Russia successfully annexed Crimea from Ukraine in 2016 and manipulated the US presidential election via social media. Information and psychological operations are carried out daily by various media with the aim of forming public opinion, especially in Russia's neighboring countries, as well as in countries that are of special importance to the Russian Federation. The information form of warfare also had its defeats in Sweden and in the 2017 French presidential election. The aim of the research is to answer the question of how, through the information dimension of the Russian concept of hybrid warfare, the political system can be destabilized. The hybrid approach to war contributes to the creation of new challenges that will have to be answered in an unconventional form.
