Abstract Event management aktivnosti danas imaju veliki značaj za organizaciju događaja u svakoj industriji, te se iste mogu promatrati u smislu distinkcije onih eksternih i internih. Dok je cilj onih eksternih razviti djelotvornu PR strategiju kroz složen proces, sastavljen od sedam koraka: odabir ciljane publike, određivanje marketinških ciljeva, određivanje proračuna PR strategije, odabir medija, oblikovanje poruke, odlučivanje o promotivnom miksu i mjerenje rezultata; zadatak onih internih jest producirati organizacijsko znanje i zadovoljstvo dionika događaja, mjerljivih u konačnici u konceptiranju konkretiziranih potreba s konačnom reperkusijom mjerljivom u tržišnom položaju i poslovnim rezultatima dionika takvog događaja.
Od svih dobara koja im stoje na raspolaganju, najdragocjenije u razvijenom poslovnom svijetu danas je znanje tj. intelektualni kapital. Organizacijska znanja i potencijali čine osnovu intelektualnog kapitala banke. Može se općenito konstatirati da su znanja koja ljudi posjeduju puno veća nego što se koriste u bankarskim sustavima. Ta se znanja mogu mjeriti i uračunati u dio ukupne vrijednosti banke. Naročito u hrvatskim uvjetima ta znanja često stagniraju ili se gube zbog neodgovarajućeg tretmana u smislu daljnjeg učenja i povećanja kompetencija. Konferencija New Banking Vision u kreaciji tvrtke iz IT branše na tragu je dijeljenja znanja i osiguravanja temelje digitalne transformacije banaka.
Cilj imenovane konferencije bio je informirati, uvjeriti i potaknuti potencijalnog klijenta na odabir naprednih IT usluga koje se mogu ponuditi u okviru banke i drugih financijskih institucija. Jedan od glavnih ciljeva banaka također bi trebao biti stvaranje što više zadovoljnih klijenata. To su krajnji klijenti banke, koji su zadovoljni pruženom uslugom i od kojih banka ima višestruke koristi (ponovno vraćanje, preporuka, dobre ocjene na internetu). Da bi u sve više virtualizirano doba banke u tome uspjele, nužno je da se korisnička iskustva klijenata, od kojih je sve više milenijalaca, digitalno transformiraju i na taj način povećaju njihovo zadovoljstvo.
Abstract (english) Event management activities today are of great importance for the organization of events in any industry, and they can be viewed in terms of distinguishing between external and internal. And while the goal of those external is to develop an effective PR strategy through a complex process, consisting of seven steps: selecting the target audience, setting marketing goals, determining the PR strategy budget, selecting the media, shaping the message, deciding on the promotional mix and measuring results; the task of those internal is to produce organizational knowledge and satisfaction of event stakeholders, measurable ultimately in the conception of concretized needs with the final repercussion measurable in the market position and the business results of the stakeholders of such an event.
Of all the goods available, the most valuable in the developed business world today is knowledge, ie. intellectual capital. Organizational knowledge and potentials form the basis of the bank's intellectual capital. It can be generally stated that the knowledge that people possess is much greater than that used in banking systems. This knowledge can be measured and included in a part of the total value of the bank. Especially in Croatian conditions, this knowledge often stagnates or is lost due to inadequate treatment in terms of further learning and increasing competencies. The New Banking Vision conference in the creation of a company in the IT industry is on the trail of sharing knowledge and providing the foundation for the digital transformation of banks.
The goal of the conference was to inform, convince, and encourage potential clients to choose advanced IT services for the bank. One of the main goals of commercial banks should also be to create as many satisfied customers as possible. These clients, who are satisfied with the service provided and have multiple benefits for the bank (return, recommendation, good ratings on the Internet). In order for the bank to succeed in this increasingly virtualized age, it is necessary to up-scale customer experience and digitally transform the bank's offer.
