Abstract
Ovaj rad prikazuje pregled literature kako je došlo do Brexita i kakve će posljedice imati na Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo. U radu su definirani ključni pojmovi za shvaćanje problematike rada poput Brexita, događaji koji su doveli do današnje situacije te same posljedice koje će se preliti i na ostatak država članica, a ne samo na Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo. Cilj rada je bio na temelju literature dati odgovor na pitanja što je Brexit i kako je uopće došlo do njega i koje će posljedice imati Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo od izlaska iz Europske Unije. Zaključuje se da je Brexit bio posljedica i loše vođene politike u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, ali i posljedica niza događaja i nezadovoljstva građana tijekom godina, te da će se stvarne posljedice osjetiti tijekom godina koje dolaze.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents an overview of the literature on how Brexit came about and how it will effect the United Kingdom. The paper defines key terms for understanding labor issues such as Brexit, the events that led to today's situation, and the same consequences that will be preliminary in the rest of the country, not just the United Kingdom. The aim of the paper was to answer questions about what Brexit is and how everything has happened, and what theaftermath United Kingdom will have since leaving the European Union. It is concluded that Brexit was a consequence of both poor policymaking in the United Kingdom, but also a consequence of a series of events and citizen discontent over the course of years, and the real be consequences will be visible in the years to come.
