Abstract
Cilj ovoga istraživanje bio je dobiti jasniji uvid u to na koji način beskućnici danas žive u Gradu Zagrebu te koji su im sve oblici pomoći dostupni te koriste li ih uopće. Također, kako se i dalje nalazimo u neizvjesnom vremenu pandemije koronavirusa, treće istraživačko pitanje bilo je postavljeno upravo u svrhu kako bi se došlo do informacija o tome je li im se uopće život promijenio te kako se oni nose s novonastalim situacijama i brojnim ograničenjima. Svi ispitanici su se složili oko toga da pandemija nije utjecala na njihove živote te se neki planiraju cijepiti, a neki ne. Također, što se tiče pomoćni koju primaju, zadovoljni su, no smatraju kako bi ona trebala biti puno, puno bolja te fokusirana na to ih se resocijalizira, a ne samo da im se ponudi smještaj i hrana. Prvo istraživačko pitanje tiče se općenitog života beskućnika te sam njime dobila uvid u njihove privatne situacije koje su ih dovele do toga da se danas nalaze tu gdje jesu. Važnost ovoga istraživanja upravo je u tome da se dobije potpunija slika o problematici beskućništva u Gradu Zagrebu.
Abstract (english)
The importance of this research was to get a clearer insight into how homeless people today live in the City of Zagreb and what forms of help are available to them and if they evenuse them. Also, as we are still in the uncertain time of the coronavirus pandemic, a third research question was asked to get information on whether their lives have changed at and to find out how they deal with numerous limitations. All respondents agreed that the pandemic had not affected their lives and some were planning to be vaccinated and some were not. Also, they are satisfied for the help they receive but they think it should be much better and focused on resocialization, not just offering accommodation and food. The first research question concerns the general life of the homeless, and with it I learned about their private situations that led them to be where they are today. The importance of this research is precisely to get a complete picture of the issue of homelessness in the City of Zagreb.
