Abstract
Rad se bavi pitanjem važnosti online reputacije pojedinca pri zapošljavanju u nekoj domaćoj tvrtki. Naime, online reputacija sve je važniji dio (i) profesionalnog života jer predstavlja vrijedan izvor informacija o kandidatu za posao. Iskorištavanje tog lakodostupnog resursa može biti dragocjeno i samom pojedincu. Naime, online reputacija pokazuje sve ozbiljniju, pa i profesionalniju dimenziju. Upravljanje takvim društvenim kapitalom moglo bi uskoro postati i obvezom ili barem kriterijem za određenu vrstu poslova. U Hrvatskoj više od polovice najboljih poslodavaca tek ponekad provjerava kandidate za posao na društvenim mrežama. Iako Facebook, Twitter i Instagram ne ocjenjuju kao najvažnije mreže u online provjeri kandidata za posao, ipak ih koriste neovisno o vrsti posla za koji se kandidat natječe.
Abstract (english)
This scientific work will present the importance of online reputation during the recruitment process.in some of the biggest Croatian companies. Today, online reputation of individual is an important part of someones career, and it represents valuable resource for employer. But online reputation is not only valuable for emloyer; it is also a good feedback for employee itself. And control over that resource soon could become criterion or standard for some jobs. More than half top companies in Croatia during the recruitment process only once in a while check their job candidate's profiles on Social networks (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). They don't think this profiles are the best indicators for some conclusions, but still are curious to know some more information about their job candidates.
