Abstract
: Cilj istraživanja diplomskog rada je pokazati kako migrantske krize duboko mijenjaju zajednicu europskih država koje se temelje na sekularizmu i slobodi. Glavno pitanje ovoga istraživanja je postoji li granica kada je potrebno ograničiti slobodu u svrhu očuvanja sekularnog državnog ustroja. Glavna teza ovog rada je kako sekularne države moraju ograničiti vjerske slobode i religijske prakse manjine kako bi održao status quo. Migrantskom krizom u europske sekularne zemlje dolazi velik broj muslimana koji nisu doživjeli sekularizaciju u svojim državama te sekularne zakone smatraju nepoželjnima i ograničavajućima. Glavni rezultat istraživanja je kako su sekularne institucije ojačale povratkom demokršćanske desnice na vlast u brojnim članicama Unije. Rad zaključuje kako se pod pritiskom vanjskog utjecaja vraćaju tradicionalne vrijednosti koje štite sekularnost europskih nacionalnih država. :
Abstract (english)
The aim of the graduate thesis is to show that migrant crises have a potential to deeply change the community of European states which are built on secularism and freedom. The main question of this research is whether there is a necessary to limit freedom for the purpose of preserving the secular state structure. The main thesis of this paper is that secular states have to limit some religious freedoms and religious practices in order to maintain the status quo. The migrant crisis in the European secular states comes with a large number of Muslims who have not experienced secularization in their home states which they consider undesirable and restrictive by secular laws. The main result of the research is that secular institutions were strengthened by the return of the Democratic Christian right to power in many EU member states. The paper concludes that under the pressure of external influence, traditional values are restored that protect the secularity of European national states.
