Abstract
Problem droge i trgovina njome svjetski je problem, a svaka država tom problemu pristupa na sebi svojstven način i pridaje mu veću ili manju pozornost. Svrha rada je analizirati pristup drogi i trgovini njome u Latinskoj Americi koja je jedan od najvećih opskrbljivača drogom kao i u Europskoj uniji koja je najveći donator latinskoameričkoj regiji, ali i tranzitno područje za prijevoz droge u ostale dijelove svijeta. Te dvije regije imaju uspostavljeno strateško partnerstvo, a između ostalog suradnja se odnosi i na borbu protiv droga kroz različite programe i na različite načine. Iako njihova suradnja može biti okarakterizirana kao pozitivna, do sada nije dala veće rezultate.
Abstract (english)
SUMMARY The problem of drugs and drug trafficking is a global problem, and each country is approaching this problem in its own way and attaches greater or lesser attention to it. The purpose of the paper is to analyze the access to drug and drug trafficking in Latin America, one of the largest drug providers, as well as in the European Union, which is the largest donor to the Latin American region, as well as a transit area for drug trafficking to other parts of the world. These two regions have established a strategic partnership and, among other things, cooperation concerns the fight against drugs through various programs and in various ways. Although their cooperation can be characterized as a positive, it has not yielded any major results so far.
