Abstract
Društvene mreže kao jedan od glavnih načina komunikacije današnjice dovele su u pitanje privatnost pojedinaca koji ih koriste. Najviše su ugrožena maloljetna djeca jer u većini slučajeva nisu niti svjesna da je fotografija ili video na kojima se nalaze objavljena i vidljiva svima te da roditelji na taj način formiraju njihove prve „digitalne otiske“ bez njihova dopuštenja. U ovom radu korištena je metoda analize sadržaja kojom je analizirana 921 fotografija i 13 videa na Instagram profilima osam mama blogerica u protekloj 2018. godini. Željelo se istražiti narušavaju li mame blogerice privatnost vlastite djece tako što ih izlažu očima javnosti i na koji način ih uopće prikazuju. Iako je pravo na privatnost temeljno pravo svakog pojedinca, iz dobivenih rezultata vidljivo je kako je u šest od ukupno osam slučajeva pravo na privatnost svjesno narušeno. Prema dobivenim rezultatima također možemo zaključiti kako većinu objava čine one na kojima se nalaze djeca, ali velik broj čine i one objave na kojima se nalaze same mame blogerice. Postavlja se pitanje zašto se uopće zovu mame blogerice ili supermame kada se jednostavno mogu zvati blogerice.
Abstract (english)
Social networks, as one of the main ways of communication nowadays, bring into question privacy of individuals who use them. Minors are most at risk, because in most cases they are not even aware that the photo or video of them which was posted is now easily visible to everyone and parents who do that, in a way, form their first „digital footprints“ without their children´s permission. This paper used content analysis method that examined 921 photos and 13 videos from the Instagram profiles of eight blogging moms in the past 2018. The aim was to explore whether those moms violate privacy of their children by exposing them to the public eye and how are they portrayed at all. Although the right to privacy is the fundamental right of every individual, the results show that in six out of eight cases that same right to privacy was knowingly violated. According to the results, we can also conclude that children can be found on most of the photos, but a large number of posts show just those blogging moms. The question is why are they even called blogging moms or supermoms when they can simply be called bloggers.
