Abstract
Transparentni i dvosmjerni odnosi s javnošću preduvjet su uspješnom poslovanju organizacije i izgradnji njenog imidža i pozitivne reputacije. U kriznim stanjima imidž organizacije stavljen je na kušnju pod utjecajem različitih faktora koji izravno djeluju na poslovanje i sam opstanak organizacije. Učinkoviti krizni odnosi s javnošću pomažu organizaciji da se suoči s krizom, otkloni prijetnje koje kriza donosi i spriječi širenje krize koja ugrožava opstojnost organizacije. Ovaj rad donosi sistematični pregled vrsta krize, njenih uzroka i elemenata, učinkovitih koraka za suočavanje s krizom na temelju pripreme i planiranja u kriznom komuniciranju zrakoplovnih kompanija. Usporedbom krizne komunikacije, na temelju priopćenja za javnost, dviju zrakoplovnih kompanija, Air Francea u slučaju leta AF447 i Malaysia Airlinesa u slučaju leta MH370, ovaj rad nastoji detektirati pozitivne i negativne aktivnosti u komunikaciji, strategije suočavanja s nastalom krizom i poduzete mjere u saniranju i sprječavanju širenja štete. krizno komuniciranje, odnosi s javnošću, strateško komuniciranje, Air France, Malysia Airlines, zrakoplovna industrija
Abstract (english)
Transparent and two-way public relations are a precondition for the successful operations of the organization and the construction of its image and positive reputation. In crisis situations the organization's image has been put to the test under the influence of various factors which directly act on the business and the survival of the organization. Effective crisis public relations help the organization to deal with the crisis, defuse threats that crisis brings and prevent from spreading the crisis that threatens the existence of the organization. This paper brings a systematic overview of the type of crisis, its causes and the elements, effective steps to deal with the crisis on the basis of the preparations and planning in the airlines crisis communication. By comparing the crisis communication, based on press releases of two airlines, Air France, in the case of the flight AF447 and Malaysia Airlines in the case of the flight MH370, this paper seeks to detect positive and negative activities in communication, strategies of coping with the crisis and the measures taken to cope with and prevent the spread of damage.
