Abstract
Zadatak je konstruirati dizalicu za primjenu unutar tvorničke hale. Dizalica će se sastojati od samostojeće vozne staze koja se oslanja na betonsku podlogu hale. Dizanje se obavlja standardnom kukom, a mehanizmi su pogonjeni električnom energijom. Rad će sadržavati preglede postojećih rješenja sličnih radnih parametara i analizu radnih principa istih, izradu, vrednovanje i odabir optimalnog od nekoliko koncepcijskih rješenja. Proračuna mehanizma za dizanje i vožnju, nosive konstrukcije te izbor standardnih komponenti. Tehnička dokumentacija sklopa s potrebnima detaljima i presjecima.
Abstract (english)
The task is to construct a crane for use inside the factory hall. The crane will consist of a free-standing runway that rests on the concrete base of the hall. Lifting is done with a standard hook, and the mechanisms are powered by electricity. The paper will contain reviews of existing solutions with similar working parameters and analysis of their working principles, creation, evaluation and selection of the optimal one from several conceptual solutions. Calculation of the mechanism for lifting and driving, load-bearing structures and the selection of standard components. Technical documentation of the assembly with the necessary details and sections.
