Abstract
Tema ovog rada je provjera pravocrtnosti 1D mjernog uređaja. U prvom dijelu rada objašnjena je sama interferometrija, linearno mjerenje i njegov postupak te postavljanje linearnog mjerenja. Dan je teorijski pregled poravnanja linearnog snopa, interferometrijskog mjerenja pravocrtnosti, samog reflektora pravocrtnosti i interferometra pravocrtnosti. Korištene norme prilikom mjerenja su također opisane. U drugom dijelu rada pobliže se opisuje praktični dio. Predstavlja se korištena oprema i provedba mjerenja pomaka. I horizontalna i vertikalna pravocrtnost provedena je u tri mjerenja, svaki u dva smjera. Iz aritmetičke sredine svih mjerenja, uporabom metode najmanjih kvadrata, dobivaju se odstupanja od pravocrtnosti te se analiziraju dobiveni podaci.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is the straightness check of a 1D measuring device. In the first part of the paper interferometry itself, linear measurement and its procedure for setting up are explained. A theoretical overview of linear beam alignment, interferometric straightness measurement, straightness reflector and straightness interferometer is given. The standards used during the measurements are also described. The equipment used and the implementation of the displacement measurement are presented. Both horizontal and vertical straightness were performed in three measurements, each in two directions. Using the least squares method, deviations from straightness are obtained from the arithmetic mean of all measurement and the obtained data are analyzed.
