Abstract
Podni laminati su višeslojni materijali koji su napravljeni većinom od drva te se koriste kao podna obloga. U ovom radu detaljno je opisan sastav laminata, postupci proizvodnje, nabrojene su i objašnjene glavne prednosti i nedostaci laminata kao podne obloge te je prikazana podjela laminata na klase. Opisan je proces ručne ugradnje podnih laminata. Proces ugradnje je raščlanjen na devet osnovnih elemenata rada te je analiziran pomoću sustava unaprijed određenih vremena MTM-2. Pomoću softvera CATIA simulirani su pokreti pri ugradnji podnih laminata a metodom RULA procjena ergonomskih rizika. Predloženi su načini unapređenja ugradnje podnih laminata pomoću primjene modernih tehnologija.
Abstract (english)
Laminate floorings are multilayered materials that are made mostly of wood and are used as floor coverings. In this paper, the composition of laminates and production procedures are described in detail, the main advantages and disadvantages of laminates as floor coverings are enumerated and explained, and the division of laminates into classes is presented. The process of manual laminate flooring installation process is described. The installation process is divided into nine basic work elements and analyzed using the MTM-2 system of predetermined times. Movements during the laminate flooring installation were simulated using the CATIA software, and the RULA method was applied for the ergonomic risk assessment. Suggested ways to improve the laminate flooring installation process through the application of modern technologies.
