Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada bio je razviti stroj za određivanje dinamičke čvrstoće kod savijanja uz rotaciju prema zahtjevima norme ISO 1143. Konstrukcijsko rješenje razrađeno je do razine radioničkih crteža, te je napravljen proračun čvrstoće kritičnih komponenti uređaja. Maksimalan moment koji se može postići ovim uređajem iznosi 45 Nm. Način rada osmišljen je uz pretpostavku da korisnik posjeduje kompresor i sve potrebne komponenta za rad pneumatskog cilindra.
Abstract (english)
The objective of this undergraduate thesis was to design a rotating bending fatigue testing machine according to the requirements of the ISO 1143 standard. The design solution has been elaborated in technical documentation and strength calculation of critical components of the machine has been performed. The maximum bending moment that can be achieved with this device is 45 Nm. The machine was designed with the assumption that the user possesses a compressor and all necessary components needed for using pneumatic cylinders.
