Abstract
U sklopu ovog diplomskog rada razmatrana je mogućnost robotske demontaže kotača dotrajalih osobnih automobila. Metodom DFA analizirane su ručne i tri inačice robotske demontaže te su uspoređeni rezultati. Temeljem dobivenih rezultata za demontažu se pokazao najprikladnijim višestaničan robotski sustav. Za taj su sustav potom oblikovani nestandardni, a odabrani standardni elementi. Rad sustava je simuliran te su procesna vremena uspoređena s onima metode DFA. Procijenjena je vrijednost investicije i isplativost s obzirom na količine dotrajalih vozila u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
In this master's thesis, the possibility of robotic disassembly of wheels of worn-out passenger cars has been considered. Using the DFA method, manual and three versions of robotic disassembly were analyzed and the results were compared. Based on the obtained results, a multi-cell robotic system proved to be the most suitable for disassembly. For that system, non-standard elements were then designed and standard elements were selected. The operation of the system was simulated and the process times were compared with those of the DFA method. The value of the investment and profitability were estimated considering the amount of worn-out vehicles in the Republic of Croatia.
