Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je proces parametriranja posmičnih prigona 3D pisača s paralelnom kinematskom strukturom. Parametriranje servo regulatora motora posmičnih prigona izvršeno je pomoću upravljačkog sustava otvorene arhitekture LinuxCNC. U uvodnom dijelu rada opisan je pojam 3D pisača i predstavljena osnovna podjela 3D pisača. Tema drugog dijela jesu aditivna proizvodnja i tehnologije sa fokusom na 3D pisačima sa paralelnom kinematskom strukturom koji koriste tehnologiju taložnog očvršćivanja. U ovom dijelu navedeni su i materijali koji se koriste za ovu vrstu tehnologije. U trećem dijelu opisana je struktura upravljačkog sustava LinuxCNC i detaljno opisane pojedine komponente sustava. Za eksperimentalni dio ovog diplomskog rada izrađena su potrebna ožičenja u softveru Eplan. Zatim je predstavljen eksperimentalni postav i konfiguracije upravljačkog sustava i regulatora. U programu Catia V5R21 konstruirani su nosači za mikro prekidače i grebene te pločica motora i potrebni dijelovi za montažu motora na okvir 3D pisača. U posljednjem dijelu ovog diplomskog rada naveden je zaključak rada.
Abstract (english)
The thesis describes the process of commissioning feed drives of 3D printer with parallel kinematics. The commissioning of the servomotor drives was done using the open architecture controller LinuxCNC. The concept of 3D printers and their basic classification is presented in the introduction. The topic of the second part is additive manufacturing and technologies with a focus on 3D printers with a parallel kinematic structure that use fused deposition modeling technology. This section also lists the materials used for this type of technology. The third part describes the structure of the open source LinuxCNC software and the individual components of that in greater detail. For the experimental part of this thesis, the necessary wiring diagrams were made in the EPLAN software. Furthermore, the experimental setup and configuration of the controller and servomotor drives are presented. The Catia V5R21 program was used to design carriers for micro switches and ridges, as well as a motor plate and the necessary parts for mounting the motor on the 3D printer frame. Finally, the concluding remarks are given in the last part of this thesis.
