Abstract
Rad razmatra medicinske ampule opisujući njihov tehnički i tržišni značaj uz pregled normativnih dokumenata za oblikovanje ampula. Opisan je proizvodni proces za proizvodnju ampula s osvrtom na elemente proizvodne linije. Dan je pregled normiranih ispitivanja ampula tijekom njihove proizvodnje s posebnim osvrtom na ispitivanje sile loma ampula, pripadni ispitni postav te postojeći uređaj. Razrađen je prijedlog tehničkog rješenja stanice za automatsko ispitivanje sile loma, s oblikovanjima i proračunima: postava za ispitivanje, sustava prijenosa snage i gibanja te načina rukovanja ampulama. Također je predložen način integracije stanice za automatsko ispitivanje sile loma u proizvodni sustav sačinjen od pet linija.
Abstract (english)
The paper discusses medical ampoules, describing their technical and market importance, along with a review of normative documents for their design. The process for the production of ampoules is described with reference to the elements of the production line. An overview of standardized testing of ampoules during their production is given, with special reference to the testing of breaking force of ampoules with the appropriate test set-up and the existing device. A proposal for the technical solution of the station for automatic testing of the breaking force was given, with designs and calculations: test set-up, power and motion transmission system, and ampoule handling methods. A method of integrating the automatic breaking force testing station within the production system consisting of five lines, was also proposed.
