Abstract
Ovaj radi govori o poteškoćama na koje se nailazi prilikom postupaka obrade odvajanjem čestica, te njihovim otklanjanjem pomoću primjene SHIP-a. SHIP može biti u raznim oblicima, agregatnim stanjima i sastavima, od kojih svaki ima neka posebna obilježja i područja primjene. Primjena tih reznih tekućina i ostalih oblika, moguća je na više načina. Navedeni su konvencionalni načini primjene, koji su u uporabi duže vrijeme, ali i neki alternativni načini, razvijeni u svrhu poboljšanja raznih parametara, od kojih je jedan od glavnih postizanje održive obrade u svrhu očuvanja okoliša. Osim tehnologije primjene, zadaća SHIP-a se mijenja ovisno o mjestu na, ali kroz koje se dovodi. Stavljen je naglasak na tehnologiju dovoda reznih tekućina kroz alat, te postupcima obrade kod kojih se ista primjenjuje. Posebice je razrađen postupak obrade dubokog bušenja. Na kraju su opisani neki načini održavanja i čišćenja SHIP-a tijekom i nakon uporabe.
Abstract (english)
This thesis talks about the difficulties encountered during the processing by particle separation, and their elimination using the application of cutting fluids. They can be in various forms, aggregate states and compositions, each of which has some special characteristics and areas of application. Application of these cutting fluids and other forms is possible in several ways. There is a list of conventional methods of application, which have been used for a long time, but also some alternative methods, developed for the purpose of improving various parameters, one of the main of which is to achieve sustainable processing for environment protection, are listed. In addition to the application of technology, the mission of cutting fluid changes depending on the place to, but also through which it is delivered. Emphasis is placed on the technology of supplying cutting fluids through the tool, and the processing procedures in which it is applied. The deep drilling processing procedure has been specially elaborated. At the end, some cutting fluid maintenance and cleaning ways, during and after use, are described.
