Abstract
U radu je prezentirana izvedba jednostavnog senzora prisutnosti. Senzor je namijenjen Mitsubishijevom robotu RM501. Sukladno tome, svi parametri senzora prilagođeni su uvjetima rada na tom specifičnom robotu iako se uz sitne modifikacije upotreba može značajno proširiti. Objasnit će se princip rada senzora te komponente od kojih je izrađen. Također, samostalno izrađenom senzoru u ovom radu potražit će se komercijalni ekvivalenti. Kroz osnovni pregled tržišta pokušat će se usporediti njihove glavne karakteristike i na temelju toga će se procijeniti isplativost investiranja u gotova rješenja.
