Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je pružiti rješenje za spravu namijenjenu vježbanju tehnike obrane i brzine reakcije u boksu. Ovo rješenje obuhvaća odabir odgovarajućih komponenata, konstrukciju te montažu i povezivanje dijelova s upravljačkim uređajem. Svrha sprave je potaknuti boksača da pravilno reagira na simulirani „udarac“ putem nasumične aktivacije pneumatskih cilindara. Da bi se zadovoljio zahtjev, programiranjem te adekvatnim senzorima sprava prepoznaje kada je jedan od cilindara izbačen. Nakon toga, sprava čeka da se cilindar vrati u početni položaj prije nego što bude spremna za aktivaciju drugog cilindra. Rad detaljno opisuje konstrukciju sprave, sve ključne dijelove sustava te programski kod koji omogućuje njenu funkcionalnost. Izrađena sprava ima potencijal za nadogradnju, što bi uključivalo potreban udarac kako bi se cilindri aktivirali. Ovo bi omogućilo vježbu kombinacije napada i obrane te poboljšanje brzine reakcije. Razvijeni uređaj napravljen je stečenim znanjem iz raznih područja strojarstva te ga zato možemo klasificirati kao mehatronički sustav.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this final thesis is to provide a solution for a device designed for practicing defensive techniques and reaction speed in boxing. This solution involves the selection of appropriate components, construction, assembly, and the connection of parts with the control device. The purpose of the device is to prompt the boxer to react correctly to a simulated "strike" through the random activation of pneumatic cylinders. To meet this requirement, through programming and suitable sensors, the device recognizes when one of the cylinders has been ejected. Subsequently, the device waits for the cylinder to return to its initial position before it is ready for the activation of another cylinder. The paper thoroughly describes the construction of the device, all key components of the system, and the source code that enables its functionality. The created device has the potential for upgrades, which would involve the requirement of a strike to activate the cylinders. This would allow for the practice of a combination of attack and defense, as well as the improvement of reaction speed. The developed device is made with acquired knowledge from various fields of mechanical engineering, thus classifying it as a mechatronic system.
