Abstract
U okviru ovog završnog rada prikazan je proces izrade uređaja za sortiranje metalnih od nemetalnih predmeta. Cilj rada bio je izrada uređaja koji će uspješno odvajati metal od plastike koristeći senzore kao glavne komponente, kako bi se olakšao i poboljšao proces recikliranja. Rad može poslužiti u edukacijske svrhe, a s ciljem implementacije izrađenog sustava u realnom okruženju poput domaćinstva. Kroz poglavlja, rad prati tijek razvoja proizvoda, od početne ideje i izgleda, odabira potrebnih komponenti, 3D printanja dijelova, do njegove konačne realizacije. Predočene slike, tehnička dokumentacija, kao i Arduino kod omogućuju lakšu vizualizaciju konstrukcije uređaja te olakšavaju razumijevanje složenih tehničkih detalja. Naposljetku, navedena su moguća poboljšanja uređaja i predloženi načini za njihovu implementaciju u budućnosti.
Abstract (english)
The process of making a device for sorting metallic from non-metallic objects is presented in this final thesis. The goal of the thesis was to create a device that will successfully separate metal from plastic using sensors as the main components, in order to facilitate and improve the recycling process. The device can be used for educational purposes, with the aim of implementation in a real environment such as a household. Through the chapters, the thesis follows the course of product development, from the initial idea and appearance, selection of necessary components, 3D printing of parts, to its final realization. Attached images, technical documentation, as well as the Arduino code allow easier visualization of the device's construction and facilitate the understanding of complex technical details. Finally, possible improvements to the device and suggested ways to implement them in the future are listed.
