Abstract
Ovaj završni rad istražuje primjenu Lean upravljanja i Six Sigma metodologije u proizvodnim procesima u reznom centru KONČAR D&ST. Cilj je kvantitativno analizirati proizvodnju kako bi se identificirale neučinkovitosti i poboljšala efikasnost i kvaliteta proizvoda. Korištenjem PDCA kruga i DMAIC metodologije, rad pokazuje kako ove metode mogu smanjiti otpad i povećati preciznost proizvodnje. Analiza podataka identificirala je ključna područja za poboljšanje, dok primjena novih tehnologija i automatizacije dodatno optimizira procese. Na temelju rezultata, predložene su preporuke za daljnja poboljšanja, čime se osigurava dugoročna održivost i konkurentnost poduzeća. Ovaj rad služi kao temelj za buduću analizu i smjer optimizacije.
Abstract (english)
This final paper investigates the application of Lean management and Six Sigma methodology in production processes in the cutting center KONČAR D&ST. The goal is to quantitatively analyze the production in order to identify inefficiencies and improve the efficiency and quality of the product. Using the PDCA circuit and DMAIC methodology, the paper shows how these methods can reduce waste and increase production precision. Data analysis has identified key areas for improvement, while the application of new technologies and automation further optimize processes. Based on the results, recommendations for further improvements are proposed, thus ensuring the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of the company. This work serves as a foundation for future analyzes and optimizations.
