Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je upravljanje različitim pneumatskim sustavima pomoću industrijskog računala. Sustavi o kojima se radi su sustav inverznog njihala, sustav kuglice na gredi, sustav inverznog klina te sustav dvostrukog inverznog njihala koji nije pneumatski već će biti upravljan servomotorom. U sklopu rada potrebno je konstruirati stol na kojemu će se nalaziti mehatronički sustavi te osmisliti razmještaj mehatroničkih sustava, upravljačkih uređaja i ostalih potrebnih komponenti. Zatim je potrebno izabrati pogonske, upravljačke i mjerne komponente koje bi modernizirale postojeće sustave za buduću edukacijsku upotrebu. Prije samog sastavljanja tih sustava bilo je potrebno izraditi pneumatske sheme i električne sheme spajanja sustava na industrijsko računalo. Na kraju, kada je izrađen postav, bilo je potrebno realizirati upravljanje barem jednog sustava pomoću industrijskog računala.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this undergraduate thesis is the control of various pneumatic systems using an industrial computer. The systems in question are the inverted pendulum system, the ball-on-beam system, the inverted wedge system, and the double inverted pendulum system, which is not pneumatic but will be controlled by a servomotor. As part of the work, it is necessary to design a table on which the mechatronic systems will be placed and to plan the layout of the mechatronic systems, control devices, and other necessary components. Furthermore, it is necessary to select the driving, control, and measurement components that would modernize the existing systems for future educational use. Before assembling these systems, it was necessary to create pneumatic and electrical schematics for connecting the systems to the industrial computer. Finally, once the setup is complete, it was required to implement the control of at least one system using the industrial computer.
