Abstract
U ovom radu, opisan je pojam vitke proizvodnje, njeno podrijetlo i razvoj ideja te filozofije kroz povijest. Navedeni su i opisani neki od mnogih alata, u čijoj je osnovi sadržana filozofija vitke proizvodnje, a ona govori o povećanju produktivnosti proizvodnih procesa. Dani su realni primjeri primjene alata vitke proizvodnje te barijere uvođenja istih u poduzećima diljem svijeta. Pregledom literature, spoznata je motivacija za unapređenje proizvodnog procesa jednog poduzeća u tekstilnoj industriji, gdje se mapiranjem toka vrijednosti zabilježilo trenutno stanje procesa, te se nakon predloženih promjena za unapređenje mapirao tok vrijednosti u budućem, unaprijeđenom stanju
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the term of Lean production is described, just like its origin and the development of its ideas throughout history. Some of many Lean tools have been listed and described, in which Lean philosophy is contained, who speaks about increasing productivity of manufacturing processes. There have been given real examples of applying Lean manufacturing tools in companies around the world and also barriers which occur when trying to implement them. Overviewing the literature sparked a motivation to improve a production process in one garment industry company, where a current state was recorded by mapping the value stream, and after proposed changes for improvement have been given, a future value stream, in an improved state, was mapped.
