Abstract
U ovome radu dan je osvrt o povijesti lijevanja, kada je nastalo i kako se razvijalo kroz povijest. Zatim je navedena podjela postupaka lijevanja ovisno o vrsti kalupa i kako se vrši ulijevanje taljevine u kalupe. Nadalje su opisani bitni parametri, nužni za uspješnu provedbu lijevanja bez grešaka te koji su materijali najpogodniji za lijevanje i čemu koji legirni elementi pridonose. Drugi dio rada se odnosio na postupak tlačnog lijevanja te je opisan tijek kako se provodi lijevanje s pomoću ove tehnologije. Nadalje su bile objašnjene faze punjenja kalupne šupljine. Opisani su postupci tlačnog lijevanja s hladnom i toplom komorom te su navedeni prednosti i nedostaci. Zatim su opisane moguće greške koje se znaju pojaviti tijekom lijevanja i kako ih je moguće izbjeći. U zadnjem dijelu ovoga rada provedena je eksperimentalna simulacija s pomoću softvera ProCAST kojim je simulirano lijevanje i skrućivanje sapnice pomoću postupka tlačnog lijevanja. Na kraju je dan osvrt o rezultatima simulacije lijevanja i opisano je kako bi se nastale greške mogle ukloniti.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, an overview of the history of casting was provided, including its origins and development over time. The classification of casting methods based on the type of mould was also described. Furthermore, key parameters necessary for successful casting without defects were described, along with the materials best suited for casting and the specific contributions of alloying elements. The second part of the paper focuses on the process of die casting, detailing the procedure involved in casting using this technology. The stages of mould cavity filling are explained, as well as the different types of die casting processes using cold and hot chambers, with the advantages and disadvantages of each. Additionally, potential defects that may occur during casting and methods to prevent them were described. In the final part of the paper, an experimental simulation was conducted using ProCAST software to simulate the casting of a nozzle through the die casting process. Lastly, the results of the casting simulation were analyzed and methods for eliminating the resulting defects were proposed.
