Abstract
Proračun i konstrukcija zapornog ventila korištenjem europskih normi tema su ovog završnog rada. U uvodnom dijelu rada biti će opisani ventili, mjesta njihove upotrebe, podjela te način pokretanja zapornog organa. Korištenjem europskih normi EN13445, EN12516-1, EN12516-2 provesti će se proračun zapornog ventila u drugom dijelu rada. Proračun započinje određivanjem debljine stijenke kućišta ventila. Zatim se dimenzionira vreteno koje podiže i spušta zaporni organ, u ovom slučaju pladanj. Bočne prirubnice su standardizirane te se ne proračunavaju, no gornju je prirubnicu potrebno dimenzionirati. Ostatak proračuna svodi se na provjere vijaka, stupova, sile uprešavanja matice vretena i slično. U radu su priloženi svi radionički crteži nestandardnih dijelova te sklopni crtež zapornog ventila.
