Abstract
U radu je opisan razvoj transportera za teško pristupačne terene. Razvoj transportera je započet analizom tržišta gdje su obrađeni slični proizvodi koji tranutno postoje na tržištu. Nastavljen je analizom postojećih patenata i definiranjem problema i razlozima zbog kojih se krenulo u razvoj novog proizvoda. Kako bi se optimizirala primjenjiva rješenja izradila se funskcijska dekompozicija svih funkcija transportera te je razrađena morfološka matrica za sve podfunkcije. Zatim su izrađeni koncepti nobog proizvoda te se vrednovanjem koncepata odlučilo u kojem smjeru će krenuti konstrukcijska razrada. Napravljen je proračun pogonskih dijelova te su izabrani standardni dijelovi koji će se koristiti u konstrukcijskoj razradi. Proizvod je konstruiran u programskom paketu Catia V5R18, a u istom je napravljena i FEM analiza dijelova koji nose največa opterečenja. Za proizvod je na posljetku izrađena tehnička dokumentacija.
Abstract (english)
In this master thesis a description of developement process for transporter for terrains with difficult acces has been given. The developement process has begun with market analysis where similar products have been reconsidered. Thesis continued with analysis of the existing patents and the definition of problems and reasons for product developement.For optimisation of applicable solutions a function decomposition has been made, and an morphology matyx was constructed for all of the subfunctions. Afterwords, the concepts for the new product were designed and by the valorisation of the listed the ongoing construction direction was decided. It was necessary to calculate the main drive parts and the standardized parts, used in the design, were decided. The final product was designed in a programme pacake Catia V5R18 where a FEM analysis was also conducted. Tehnical documentation was made as the last step of the product developement
