| Abstract | U okviru ovog rada dano je konstrukcijsko rješenje naprave koja omogućuje preventivno i terapijsko vježbanje mišića ramenog zgloba, sa naglaskom na sinergijski učinak vježbanja. Prije konstrukcijske razrade potrebno je objasniti anatomiju i biomehaniku mišića ramenog zgloba, kako bi se dobio uvid u funkcionalnost i značaj mišića ramenog pojasa. U radu je dan i kratki pregled postojećih naprava za kondicioniranje mišića ramenog zgloba. Provođenjem analize aktivnosti i uloge mišićnih skupina ramenog pojasa, razmatrajući anatomiju, biomehaniku te vježbe za kondicioniranje ramenog zgloba, utvrđen je pokret za sinergijsko kondicioniranje mišića ramenog zgloba. Pokret je podijeljen u četiri faze radi lakše analize. Konstrukcijska razrada se sastoji od tehničkog upitnika, funkcijske dekompozicije i morfološke matrice. Iz morfološke matrice se odabiru koncepti koji se vrednuju metodom potencijala, te se najbolji od njih uzima za daljnju konstrukcijsku razradu. Odabrano konstrukcijsko rješenje se sastoji od pomičnog sjedala i nepomičnog dijela sa opterećenjem. Prilagođavanje antropometriji korisnika je moguće na pomičnom sjedalu, ali i na dijelu sa opterećenjem. Moguće je približavanje sjedala i podešavanje visine naslona, te podešavanje početnog položaja ručke. Prijenos opterećenja je ostvaren preko sustava kolotura i čeličnog užeta, te je omogućen odabir opterećenja prema korisnikovim mogućnostima. Zaštitna maska naprave, osim svrhe odvajanja korisnika od pokretnih dijelova ima i svrhu davanja dodatne krutosti konstrukciji. Unutar naprave se nalazi i mehanizam za natezanje užeta, kako bi se onemogućilo spadanje užeta sa sustava kolotura. Uz onemogućivanje spadanja, još jedna funkcija mehanizma je da osigurava djelovanje opterećenja tokom svih faza pokreta. Prednost ovakve naprave je u tome što se omogućuje izvođenje definiranog optimalnog pokreta za sinergijsko vježbanje. Također, korisnik je zbog sigurnosti odvojen od svih pokretnih dijelova, te je pravilno pozicioniran što je u skladu sa ergonomskim načelima. Naprava, uz izvođenje definiranog pokreta, omogućuje i izvođenje raznih drugih pokreta. Time se ostvaruje raznolikost primjene naprave. |
| Abstract (english) | In this paper is given a design solution of a device for synergistic, preventive and therapeutic exercise of muscles of the shoulder complex. Before designing the device, it is necessary to explain anatomy and biomechanics of the shoulder joint muscles. It is necessary to explain them, in order to gain insight into the functionality and importance of muscles of the shoulder complex. Also, in paper is given a brief overview of existing devices for conditioning the muscles of the shoulder joint. Analyzing activities and the role of muscles of the shoulder joint, considering the anatomy, biomechanics and exercises for conditioning of the shoulder joint, a movement is established for synergistic conditioning of the muscles of the shoulder joint. Movement is divided into four stages to facilitate analysis. Design of the device consists of a techincal questionnaire, functional decomposition and morphological matrix. From the morphological matrix, concepts are selected for evalutation. Evaluation of concepts is done with method of potentials, and the best of them is taken for further design elaboration. The chosen design solution consists of a movable seat and fixed part with the load. Adjusting to users anthropometry is possible on a movable seat, but also on the part with the load. It is possible to move seat towards the fixed part, or away from it. Also, it is possible to adjust backrest height on the seat. Initial position of the handle is set on the rails of the fixed part. Load transfer is accomplished via a pulley system and steel cable, which enables user to set desired load according to users capabilities. Protective casing of the device has, other than separating the user from moving parts, the purpose of providing aditional stiffness to the structure. Inside the fixed part of the device, there is a mechanism to maintain the tension int he rope, in order to prevent fall of the rope from pulleys. In addition to preventing fall of the rope, it ensures that load is present during all phases of movement. The advantage of this device is that it enables execution of defined movement for synergisticall exercise of the shoulder muscles. Also, users are separated from moving parts, and they are properly positioned as in accordance with ergonomic principles. The device can be multifunctional, due to capability to allow various other movements. |
