Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi tematikom konstruiranja alata za injekcijsko prešanje polimera – kalupa. Na početku rada su dane osnovne definicije postupaka injekcijskog prešanja te se čitatelja upoznalo sa pravilima konstruiranja otpreska i sastavnim dijelovima kalupa za injekcijsko prešanje. Drugi, praktičan dio, se bavi metodičkim konstruiranjem kalupa za injekcijsko prešanje zadanog otpreska – postolja za tabletno računalo. Metodičkim pristupom se prošlo: fazu provjere tehničnosti otpreska, fazu koncepcijskog oblikovanje kalupa za injekcijsko prešanje putem dijagrama odlučivanja te faze proračuna kalupa (reološki, toplinski i mehanički). Na posljetku je dan izračun nepotpune cijene koštanja gotovog otpreska.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic of constructing a tool for the injection molding of polymers – the injection mold. At the beginning of this paper are described the basic definitions of injection molding procedures and the reader is acquainted with the rules of construction for molded parts and the components of the injection molds. The second, practical part, deals with the methodical construction of molds for injection molding of a given molded part - stand for a tablet device. Methodical approach consists of: checking the molded part technological construction, the conceptual design phase of the injection mold by means of decision diagrams and the mold calculation stages (rheological, thermal, and mechanical). At the end of this paper are given the calculations for incomplete price of the finished molded part.
