Abstract
U ovom završnom radu su opisane suvremene tehnologije izrade proizvoda. Cilj je bio pokazati procesni pristup tehnologiji 3D tiskanja. 3D tiskanje je jedan od aditivnih postupaka proizvodnje koji postaju sve jednostavniji i isplativiji za korištenje. Tvorevina se izrađuje izravno iz 3D modela u relativno kratkom vremenu pri visokoj fleksibilnosti. 3D tiskanje je budućnost proizvodnje te su je mnogi proglasili trećom industrijskom revolucijom. Iako je zastupljeno u mnogim djelatnostima, ima još puno mjesta za razvoj i napredak. Eksperimentalni dio rada se sastoji od opisa tehnologije 3D tiskanja od razvoja proizvoda pa sve do njegove proizvodnje. Kroz karakteristične faze razvoja opisan je postupak 3D tiskanja te su faze potkrijepljene sa slikama.
Abstract (english)
This bachelor thesis explains modern production technology. The goal was to show process aproach to 3D printing technology. 3D printing is one of the additive manufacturing processes that are becoming simpler and more cost-effective to use. Additive processes make a product directly form a 3D model, in a relatively short time at a high flexibility. 3D printing is the future od production and is often named the third industrial revolution. Although there are many activities, there is still much room for development and progress. The experimental part of the work consists of a description of 3D printing technology from development through to its production. Through the characteristic phases of development 3D printing process is described and the phases are substantiated with pictures.
