Abstract
Temu završnog rada, stroj za mljevenje grožđa, odabrao sam zbog ljubavi prema vinogradarstvu. U radu ću analizirati tržište te vidjeti kakvi se strojevi i opreme za mljevenje grožđa nude za potrebe malog gospodarstva. U tu svrhu potrebno je odrediti ciljanu grupu korisnika te ispitati njihovo zadovoljstvo sa svojim proizvodom. Vodit ću se pretpostavkom da malo gospodarstvo podrazumijeva kapacitet vinograda do 10000 čokota1 te cijenu koštanja uređaja do 10 000 kn. Na temelju razgovora sa ciljanom grupom korisnika odredit ću tehničke specifikacije za stroj te razraditi više koncepata. Posebnu pažnju treba obratiti na ergonomske karakteristike te ekološke i sigurnosne kriterije. Na samom kraju vrednovat ću koncepte i za odabrani koncept razraditi projektno rješenje stroja što podrazumijeva izradu računalnog modela te tehničke dokumentacije.
