Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je opisati svojstva i primjenu biorazgradivog PLA polimera, te izvršiti ispitivanja i komentirati rezultate mjerenja. U prvom dijelu rada opisani su načini proizvodnje PLA i njegova sinteza. Navedeni su primjeri njegove primjene i opisana pripadajuća svojstva. U drugom, eksperimentalnom dijelu rada opisani su postupci ispitivanja mehaničkih svojstava poput savojne čvrstoće, udarnog rada loma i tvrdoće. Ispitivanja su provedena na normiranim ispitnim tijelima. Dobivene rezultate mjerenja usporedili smo s literaturnim podacima, te na kraju iznijeli zaključak.
Abstract (english)
The thesis shows properties and practical application of biodegradable alyphatic polyester called polylactic acid on which experimental measurements will be made and the obtained results will be commented and compared. The first part of the thesis presents PLA production and its synthesis. Examples and their application are shown as well as their associated properties. The second part describes test methods and material mechanical properties, such as flexural strength, impact strength and hardness. Tests were performed on the standardized test samples. Obtained measurement results were compared with literature data and finally put forward a conclusion.
