Abstract
U ovom radu obrađen je pristup projektnom menadžmentu Vitkom metodologijom. U prvom poglavlju pojašnjeni su temeljni pojmovi za razumijevanja rada i područja projektnog menadžmenta. Kroz drugo i treće poglavlje obrađeni su temeljni principi i gubitci Vitke metodologije općenito i Vitke metodologije primjenjene u području projektnog menadžmenta. Nakon toga dan je pregled i upute za korištenje alata koji se koriste u Vitkom razvoju proizvoda. Kroz peto i šesto poglavlje su obrađeni teoretski i praktično alati korišteni na praktičnom projektu razvoja web sustava za povezivanje studenata, profesora i tvrtki te su prikazani rezultati polučeni njihovim korištenjem. Na poslijetku u sedmom poglavlju dan je prijedlog modela vođenja projekta primjenom Vitkih principa sa detaljnim uputstvima za korištenje. U dodatku 1. objašnjen je tijek vođenja projekta i njegova svrha.
Abstract (english)
This paper elaborates an approach to project management by Lean methodology. The first chapter contains explanations of basic concepts in the field of project management which are necessary for the understanding of this paper. Throughout the second and third section, paper deals with the basic Lean principles and wastes,both in general, and also in the field of project management. Afterwards. the paper provides an overview of the tools used in Lean product development, and instructions for their usage. The fifth and sixth chapter analize the theoretical and practical tools used in a practical project of developing a web system, which purpose is to connect students, professors and companies, and analizes the results succeeded by using such a system. The last, seventh chapter of the paper, proposes a model of project management which applies the Lean principles with detailed instructions for its uses.The Appendix 1 explains the course of managing a project and its purpose.
