Abstract
Ovim diplomskim radom prikazan je proces razvoja rotacijske sonde za ispitivanje cijevi metodom vrtložnih struja. Konstrukcijskoj razradi sonde prethode analize postojećih rješenja renomiranih tvrtki te pregled patentiranih rješenja. Nadalje se pristupa generiranju idejnih i konceptualnih rješenja od kojih se odabire najpovoljnije za tehnološko ekonomsku razradu. Kako je prethodno navedeno u tekstu diplomskog zadatka razvijena sonda koristi se za ispitivanje cijevi parogeneratora metodom vrtložnih struja. Na tržištu postoji veći broj rješenja, a ovaj diplomski rad služi kao osnova za razvoj rotacijske sonde tvrtke INETEC. Postojeće rješenje, kao i dijelovi korišteni u sadašnjem rješenju rotacijske sonde tvrtke INETEC služe kao inspiracija novom rješenju u kojem je poželjno koristiti što veći broj standardnih dijelova. Pri uporabi standardnih dijelova potrebno je obratiti pozornost na dobavljivost dijelova za područje Republike Hrvatske. Za prikaz rješenja sonde izrađen je računalni model temeljem kojeg je izrađena popratna tehnička dokumentacija.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this master’s thesis is the development of the eddy current rotary probe for tube testing. One must conduct a research of existing solutions to the problem as well as research of submitted patents for rotary probes. List of needed functions and solutions for all the listed functions serve as a basis for generating concepts. This master’s thesis is conducted in association with INETEC and is a basic concept used for further development of their eddy current probe. A 3D model was constructed to generate necessary views as well as technical drawings.
