Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je način djelovanja slijednog alata za izradu poluobujmica i proračun sila tijekom proizvodnog procesa. Opisani su svi procesi oblikovanja i svi dijelovi alata koji oblikuju željeni proizvod, u tehničkoj dokumentaciji prikazani su sklopovi pojedinih dijelova (segmenata), kao i konačan sklop, odnosno alat. Provedbom proračuna provjerio se i potvrdio odabir stroja kako bi se alat mogao koristiti bez smetnji. Uz to, objašnjen je pojam poluobujmica i odabir materijala ovisno o procesu izrade.
Abstract (english)
Subject of this paper is operation of progressive die in pipe strap forming and calculation of forces during the production process. All forming processes and all parts of die which form the product are described and assemblies of each part (segment) are shown in technical documentation, as well as final assembly, i.e. die. The choice of machine was checked and confirmed by calculating the forces which occur during the process of forming so that there are no faults during forming process. Besides that, term „half-strap“ is defined and the choice of material regarding the forming process is described.
