Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je korištenje simulacija u svrhu analize utjecajnih parametara prilikom korištenja CT uređaja u dimenzionalnome mjeriteljstvu. U radu je ukratko opisan postupak skeniranja proizvoda pomoću CT uređaja, rekonstrukcija dobivenih snimaka, komponente CT uređaja, te utjecajni parametri. To su sve čimbenici koji utječu na mogućnost korištenja simulacija, koje su također opisane u jednom od poglavlja. Za opis simulacija korišten je BAM-ov software aRTist. Da bi razumjeli simulacije potrebno je shvatiti proces sam po sebi, pa je zato nužno poznavati proces računalne tomografije. Tehnologija sama po sebi se još razvija i nužno je ispitati kako sve pojedini parametri mogu utjecati na rezultate naših mjerenja (npr. snaga izvora, tip detektora, razlučivost). Da bi se dobio odgovor potrebno je provesti velik broj mjerenja pri velikom broju različitih uvjeta. Problem je u tome što provođenje takvih istraživanja iziskuje veliko vremensko razdoblje. Tu nam mogu pomoći simulacije, pošto simulacija mjerenja traje puno manje od samog mjerenja i analize. U ovome rade moguće je vidjeti način na koji se obavljaju simulacije, te također u eksperimentalnome dijelu rada se može vidjeti razlika u mjerenjima između simuliranih uvjeta i uvjeta u stvarnome mjernom okruženju.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this undergraduate thesis is the use of simulations for the purpose or analyzing the determining factors while using an industrial CT in dimensional metrology. This thesis shortly describes scanning of an object using an industrial CT, reconstruction of scanned images, components of CT system, and the determining factors. Those are all factors which influence possibility of usage of the simulations, which are also described in one of the chapters. For the description of simulations software aRTist was used which was developed by BAM. To understand the simulations it is necessary to understand the process of scanning by itself, for which is necessary to know the proces of computed tomography. The technology is still developing so it is necessary to examine the influence of parameters on the results of our measurements (i.e. source power, detector type, resolution). To get an answer it is necessary to carry out a great number of measurements under a great number of conditions. The problem is that kind of research takes a lot of time. Therefore, we can use simulations, since the simulation of a measurement takes a lot less time than the process of measurement and analysis itself. In this thesis it is possible to se the way these simulations work, and also in the experimental part of this thesis the difference of measurements in a simulated enviroment and a real one.
