Abstract
U ovom radu je predstavljena analiza naprezanja i deformacija na podvozju bolida Formule student. Konstrukcija podvozja se sastoji od cijevi različitih dimenzija poprečnog presjeka. Glavna uloga podvozja je preuzimanje svih vanjskih i unutarnjih opterećenja, omogućavanje prihvata svih komponenti vozila te zaštita vozača od okoline. Analiza je provedena u programskom paketu Abaqus korištenjem metode konačnih elemenata. Kao prvo je opisana geometrija podvozja i materijal. Prije samog analiziranja konstrukcije provedena je analiza na jednostavnijem primjeru konstrukcije za koju postoji analitičko rješenje kako bi se utvrdilo koliko pouzdane rezultate možemo očekivati od programskog paketa Abaqus. Pretpostavljeni su kritični slučajevi opterećenja podvozja te su izračunati ulazni podatci za samu simulaciju. Kod analiziranja naprezanja i deformacija korišten je prostorni gredni konačni element. Analiza je provedena na četiri jednaka modela s različitim opterećenjima i različitim rubnim uvjetima karakterističnim za kritične slučajeve opterećenja. Osim analiziranja naprezanja i deformacija dodatno su još analizirane unutarnje uzdužne sile i momenti uvijanja, napravljeni su proračuni izvijanja najkritičnije opterećenih cijevi te analize stabilnosti za kritične slučajeve opterećenja. Na samom kraju su uspoređeni rezultati naprezanja i pomaka trenutnog podvozja i podvozja bolida Formule student korištenog za natjecanje u 2014. godini.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis analysis of stress and strain on formula student car chassis is presented. Chassis construction is made of tubes with different cross section dimension. The main role of chassis is to carry all the external and internal loads, to consolidate all of the chassis components and in the end to protect the driver from the environment. The analysis is conducted with Abaqus software using finite element method. Firstly, geometry of chassis and materials is described. Also, before analysis of this particular chassis construction was conducted, analysis of simpler construction example for which analytical solutions already existed was done in order to determine reliability of solutions provided by Abaqus software. Critical cases of chassis load were determined, and input data for simulation were calculated. In stress and strain analysis beam element was used. The analysis was conducted on four equal models with different loads and different boundary conditions for chassis load critical cases. In addition, besides stress and strain analysis, internal axial forces and torques were analyzed and beam deflection calculation of the most critical loaded beam for critical cases of load were made. In the end, comparison of stress and shift results between current and 2014 formula student car chassis is given.
