Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada jest specificirati planove uzorkovanja i postupke za pregled diskretnih elemenata prema obilježjima te za odabrane primjere provesti postupak uzorkovanja po obilježjima. Metoda uzorkovanja je vrsta kontrole kvalitete čijim se rezultatima pomaže u donošenju odluka u procesu proizvodnje. To je postupak pri kojem se procjenjuje neki osnovni skup na temelju jednog ili više uzoraka, dok je uzorak reprezentant statističke mase koja se proučava. Osnovna ideja je zamjena 100%-tne kontrole s pregledom malog dijela slučajno izabranih jedinica. Uzorkovanje se također provodi kako bi se na temelju uzorka brzo i lako donijela odluka o prihvaćanju odnosno odbijanju osnovnog skupa. Norma koja propisuje planove uzorkovanja, vrste i razine pregleda te postupke za pregled diskretnih elemenata prema atributima je norma HRN ISO 2859-1. U prvom djelu rada opisane su vrste kontrole kvalitete, vrste uzoraka i bitni pojmovi vezani za planove uzorkovanja. U petom poglavlju opisana je navedena norma kao i vrste planova uzorkovanja prema kojima će biti provedeni primjeri. U šestom poglavlju provedeni su primjeri za dvije vrste planova uzorkovanja te analizirane sličnosti i razlike između njih. U eksperimentalnom djelu se pomoću probne verzije programa Minitab provela simulacija jednostrukog plana uzorkovanja za normalni pregled. Dobiveni rezultati su se usporedili i analizirali kako bi se donijeli zaključci o ovakvom pristupu kontrole kvalitete.
Abstract (english)
Sampling method is a form of quality control which results help with the decision-making in the production process. It is a procedure in which a basic set is estimated by one or more samples, while a sample is a representative of the entire lot which is being studied. The basic idea is to replace 100%-the control and replace it with controlling only a small part of randomly selected units. With the sampling method it is quick and easy to make a decision about accepting or rejecting the basic set based on the sample. The standard which specifies sampling plans, types and forms of inspection and procedures for inspection of discrete elements by attributes is the standard HRN ISO 2859-1. The first part of this thesis describes types of quality control, types of samples and important terms regarding acceptance sampling plans. The fifth chapter describes the standard HRN ISO 2859-1 and the types of acceptance plans and the examples of it. In the sixth chapter are conducted examples for the single and double sampling plan, and the analyzes of similarities and differences between them. In the experimental part of this thesis, using a trial version of the program Minitab, there has been conducted a simulation of single-sampling plan for normal inspection. The results were compared and analyzed in order to make a conclusions about this kind of approach to quality control.
