Abstract
Tema završnog rada izrada je inventara emisija štetnih tvari necestovnih pokretnih strojeva za Republiku Hrvatsku. U uvodnom dijelu dane su upute za izradu inventara i kriteriji koje mora zadovoljiti kako bi se smatrao valjanim. Pokazan je kratki pregled direktiva Europske Unije o necestovnim pokretnim strojevima i granične emisija štetnih tvari za svaki stupanj. Prikazana je podjela strojeva u skupine i svaka je opisana kako bi se tijekom izrade inventara necestovni pokretni strojevi jednostavnije mogli razvrstati. U drugom dijelu rada opisane su metode za procjenu emisija štetnih tvari i kriteriji za izbor metode prema raspoloživim podacima. Proučeni su propisi za necestovne pokretne strojeve i gradilišta u Londonu i analizirana je mogućnost njihove primjene na Republiku Hrvatsku. Glavni cilj rada je analiza podataka Hrvatske gospodarske komore o uvozu necestovnih pokretnih strojeva u posljednje tri godine, izrada prijedloga metoda prikupljanja podataka o novim strojevima koji su stavljeni na tržište i izrada inventara emisija štetnih tvari s dostupnim podacima kako bi se dobile projekcije emisija štetnih tvari koje se kasnije mogu dopunjavati s novim podacima.
Abstract (english)
The subject matter of the final project is a non-road mobile machinery in the Republic of Croatia harmful emissions inventory creation. The introduction contains instructions on the inventory creation and specification of the criteria it has to fulfill. Non-road mobile machinery classification was shown and each class was described in-depth so it could be simply categorized during the inventory creation. It also contains a short overview of directives by the European Union on non-road mobile machinery throughout history and the appropriate emission limits of each machine class. The second part of the project describes harmful emissions estimation methods and the criteria on method selection based on available data. Non-road mobile machinery regulations for London construction sites were analyzed and the possibility for their implementation in the Republic of Croatia reviewed. The main objectives of the project are an analysis of data provided by the Croatian Chamber of Economy on non-road mobile machinery import in the last three years, a suggestion on recently marketed machinery data acquisition methods and the creation of a harmful emissions inventory based on available data in order to create an updateable harmful gases emission projection.
