Abstract | U radu je opisan problem emisija štetnih tvari motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem, razvoj dopuštenih granica i načini predviđanja emisija štetnih tvari na razini jednog sata i jednog dana pomoću programa COPERT: Street Level. Unutar rada je napisan kratak priručnik u kojem je objašnjen način rada u programu u svrhu pomoći budućim korisnicima programa, nakon čega je prikazana mogućnost predviđanja emisija štetnih tvari. Za prvi primjer odabrano je naselje Kruge uz pretpostavljene vrijednosti broja vozila i strukture vozila u svrhu prikazivanja mogućnosti programa COPERT: Street Level na temelju jednog sata za različite strukture vozila. Drugim primjerom je prikazan utjecaj emisija štetnih tvari na raskrižju Ulice grada Vukovara i Miramarske ulice za osobne automobile sa njihovom stvarnom strukturom prema podatcima registriranih vozila u Republike Hrvatske i stvarnog broja osobnih automobila koji tamo prometuju u jednom danu. Zbog lakšeg razumijevanja proračuna emisija štetnih tvari uveden je pojam emisijskih faktora pomoću kojeg je opisan utjecaj pojedine strukture vozila na emisiju štetnih tvari, te je dan osvrt i na utjecaj emisijskih razreda (EURO...) na emisiju štetnih tvari. Također je prikazana razlika strukture osobnih automobila unaprijed sadržane u programu COPERT: Street Level i stvarne strukture vozila prema podatcima o registriranim osobnim automobilima Republike Hrvatske. Za kraj je napravljena usporedba emisijskih faktora prema COPERT: Street Levelu i HBEFA-i za neke od promatranih štetnih tvari. |
Abstract (english) | In this paper, a problem with pollution of internal combustion engines has been described. In addition, a development of the premissible limits and methods of foreseeing the pullution emissions per one hour and per one day by using COPERT: Street Level has also been described. Inside this paper, a brief manual describing the mode of the program and in order to help the future users has been presented, following the possibility of foreseeing the pollution emisions. Fot the first example, an estate Kruge was chosen, with an assumed number of vehicles and their structure. Next, the mentioned numbers were implemented in the COPERT: Street Level program, to see its possibilities. For the next example, the harmful impact of the pollution emissions on the intesection of Grada Vukovara street and the Miramarska street has been represented. In this example, a real structure of data has been used, the number of passenger cars and their structure per day, according to the registrated vehicle data of the Republic of Croatia. In order to understand the written calculation, a term emission factor has been introduced in the paper, explaining the impact of each individual vehicle structure. In addition, a review of the impact of emission classes (EURO,...) on the pollution emissions has been shown. Afterwards, a difference between the assumed and the real-life vehicle structure has been presented, according to the registered vehicle data of Republic of Croatia. To recon everything, a comparison of calculated emission factors according to COPERT: Street Level and HBEFA has been made for some of the observed harmful substances. |
