Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je kontrolni proračun tremola na žičanom instrumentu, tj. gitari. Opisan je mehanizam tremola na koju se nadovezuje proračun opterećenja počevši od dijelića osnovne glazbene teorije preko polja fizike pa sve do mehanike i metode konačnih elemenata. Proračunata opterećenja su korištena u numeričkoj analizi uz pomoć programskog paketa ABAQUS, ali i za usporebu s rješenjima dobivenim tijekom analize. Numeričkom analizom je napravljen kontrolni proračuni za početni i konačni položaj tremola koristeći trodimenzijski element za kreiranje mreže konačnih elemenata. Tijekom analize je povećana gustoća mreže kako bi se pratila konvergencija rješenja te kako bi se u konačnici prezentirali i interpretirali dobiveni rezultati.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final year project is strength calculation of tremolo system on a stringed musical instrument more known as a guitar. This project starts with a brief description of tremolo mechanism which expands onto a load estimation and calculation starting with a piece of basic music theory, through field of physics and finally to the mechanics and finite elemet method. Calculated loads are further used in numerical analysis using the ABAQUS software package, but are also used for comparison with the solutions obitained during the analysis. Numerical analysis is used for strenght calculation of initial and final position of tremolo mechanism using a three-dimensional finite element for creating a finite element mesh. Mesh density is increased in order to monitor convergence of analysis solutions which is used for presentation and interpretation of obitained results.
